The 5th International Real Estate Investment Forum “PROEstate 2011" took place in St. Petersburg.

About three thousand leaders of the real estate industry, representatives of some 20 countries and 90 cities of Russia participated in the Forum.

The goal of the event was to create investment friendly environment in Russia.

"For regions PROEstate-2011 is a great opportunity to reveal their potential and reach international markets", - said Ilya Ponomarev, the Deputy Minister, Regional Development Ministry of Russia.
Serious attention was paid to promising projects that provided capital inflows and presented new technologies, as well as to projects on integrated development.

Perm delegation consisting of representatives of Perm City Administration, the Kama Chamber of Real Estate, Industrial Park "Plus", OJSC "Permagrostroyzakazchik", OJSC "Kamskaya Dolina" attended the forum.

The list of Perm projects included lots formed by the city administration for auction, sites offered by private investors, industrial sites offered for sale, and lots offered for sale within the development of built-up areas.

Perm was especially noted for the contribution into the development of real estate market of Russia and was awarded a special diploma.
